Confederation of Clubs - Suggested Structure

NOTE:This is only advisory.
Every Confederation adopts it's own rules and structure and is completely autonomous.

  1. Board of Advisors

    1. Officers : (no more than one per club) Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer.
    2. Liaison: to contact other motorcycle clubs and be a go between for other out-side motorcycle associations.
    3. Two Members at Large.
    4. AIM attorney: to sit as non-voting legal advisor; to help in hiring of civil rights attorney; to go with representative groups to governmental agencies regarding police harassment; to send out correspondence regarding discrimination and police harassment; other pro bono (free) legal work as necessary.

  2. Seed Money
  3. Initial $100.00 seed money from each club to join.
    NOTE: some Confederations have $100.00 per year dues or $50.00 per year and other Confederations have no yearly dues but rather have assessments. Funds are kept in a separate trust account set up by the AIM attorney and regulated completely by your state Confederation member clubs.
  4. ABATE Representative:
  5. Present at meetings to give reports on pending state legislation.
  6. NCOM Representative:
  7. Present at meetings to give reports on pending national matters.
  8. Representatives:
    1. Sent to NCOM Convention and Regional Meetings/Seminars.
    2. Elect a National Council person for NCOM.
  9. All Confederation Matters:

  10. Should be decided by the patch holding member clubs, one (1) vote per club.
